We have a freshly built engine for sale. Here is an overview of the engine:
- 2.0 litre fast road pinto on 45s
- 205 block rebored with 1.5mm Mahle Pistons
- Arp conrod bolts (later stronger rods all balanced)
- Reground crank dbl dowled with lightened flywheel and arp bolts, on HD ACL bearings
- Injection head with new unleaded valve seats ,new cam bearings and bronze valve guide liners then gasflowed to formula ford spec but skimmed to raise the compression ratio
- Has a new 285 cam, Isky springs and new followers
- Vernier pulley, new cambelt and tensioner, new manifold and Weber 45 DCOE carbs with twin cable linkage
- Distributor is a locked electronic Bosch unit with a new module and new leads
- New water pump and block breather as well as new core plugs
- Block was ultrasonic cleaned and acid dipped before machining
- Baffled Sierra sump (could fit RS2000 at extra cost)
